Great question!
To be honest...what first got my attention was his looks...he was so sexy in Domino...all those curls, and that smile. 
But soon I discovered he was so much more than just a pretty face. ;) He's talented and intelligent and seems to be a genuinely nice person. I would say he is definitely the whole package....and then some.

I find it to be pretty wicked that he's fluent in so many languages, so to me that tells me he has a great level of intelligence.
And let's state the obvious, he's attractive. Though my mother told me he was not as good looking as Antonio Banderas, and to that all that I had to say was, "Mother, are you on something? If you are then get off of it."
I can see this guy to become something very promising. Perhaps he already is... ;)
He's very much into politics from what I hear, and that's cool too. But I'm gonna look more into that
