Which American celebrity would you compare your career and fame to? "I would like to think Matt Damon. He has had a splendid career. My movies have done very well in my country."
What roleare you most known for in Venezuela? "For the (2004) film, Punto y raya (A Dot and a Line), about a conservative country boy who joins the army to help his country."
You're a killer inBourne.You previously played a bounty hunter and a special forcesagent. Like guns much? "I tend to be very believable with a gun in my hand, which is very ironic considering I really don't like guns. I've never been to a gun club except to train for my characters."
What has been your experience with the tabloids and paparazzi in your native country? "The film industry in Venezuela is not an industry that develops such money every year, so people don't show much interest to see who you're having lunch with."
What's the most ridiculous rumor you have read about yourself? "I did once read I was dating an older actress I hadn't even had coffee with."
What American movie would you remake? "A Streetcar Named Desire. That's a classic movie, and I've always felt such respect for Marlon Brando. He changed the face of acting."
